Is studying the Bible dry or feeling empty? Try a new approach!
In normal friendships, relationships change as you go through different stages and experiences. God never changes, but you do, so your relationship with God today likely doesn't look the same as it did a week, month, year, or decade ago. And that may be just fine!
We should be striving to grow closer to God all the time as we seek after Him with our whole heart. I'm hoping you're reading this because you want to know God more deeply and intimately.
Each of the Bible Study approaches below has helped me grow closer to God. Each was more helpful during some phases in my relationship with God than others. I pray that God may guide your heart and mind as you read through the ideas below, so that you can find an approach that God might bless in the coming days as you seek God more and deepen your relationship with Him.
The approaches below can be used with ANY Bible reading plan. If you already have a plan of what to read, you can incorporate any of these approaches to help you focus on the text more relationally. If you don't have a reading plan, you can check out these reading plans to see if they help you.
